Access: Please provide safe access to the yard on your scheduled service day. Pets should be secured indoors unless otherwise arranged.

Scheduling: We provide a consistent weekly route and will communicate any weather-related delays.

Payment: Services are billed monthly in advance. One-time cleanups are billed at booking.

Pause or cancel: You can pause or cancel service with 48 hours notice. Unused prepaid visits will be credited to future service.

Safety: We take care to close gates and report any hazards we notice. Please inform us of any special instructions.
